Do I have to pay double shipping fee if I want to have the book and the Artprint?
We are shipping the books with a company so we cannot say for sure if one shipping fee is enough. If you want to be sure just top up your pledge with double shipping costs. Otherwise please check the Updates. We will ask the company and let you know.

What is the difference between the reserved ticket from the old campaign and the new (without waiting line) tickets?
The tickets that we reserved for our former baker (failed first kickstarter) got 2 tickets (name +1) for the regular line, no guest list/pressentrance. These tickets were also not limited to slot, but they are reserved unter your name +1. The new supporter tickets here (without waiting line) are not limited to slot but also enable the holder to enter the exhibition through the press/guestlist - entrance, which is a lot quicker, probably no wainting at all. The Very Early Bird -holder are also on this list but with the extra right to come one evening earlier to the private viewing. All reserved tickets (not the booked tickets) are under your name +1. If you want t change that please let us now and send us the full name + Emailadresse of the person stepping in.
So just to be clear: Eventbritetickes: Main entrance, your booked slot for entrance time, named, no changes
OLD reserved tickets: Main entrance, all time, your name+1, change possible - write us
Tickets without waiting: Supporterslist, Pressentrance, all time, your name+1, change possible - write us names and Mailadressen
Super Earlie Bird Tickets without waiting: Private viewing Access marked on Supporterslist, Pressentrance, all time, your name+1, change possible - write us names and Mailadressen

Is it possible to add more rewards (for example 1 book and one artprint)?

Nach Kampagnenende schicken wir Euch einen Fragebogen (Pledgemanager) in dem ihr für dieses zusätzliche Geld eure Belohnungen wählt einschl. Angabe von Name/Versandadresse?

If you ´re interested in another reward you don’t have to send us messages. Please raise your pledge with the amount. After the end of the campaign we will send you a questionary (Pledgemanager) where you can choose the rewards for lettings us know what’s the extra money for and hand in your shipping details.

Der Vorteil: - Byrd kann die Bücher viel schneller an Euch rausschicken, als wir das in eigener Handarbeit könnten. - Byrd stellt Euch ein Tracking-System zur Verfügung, mit dem Ihr seht, wo sich das Buch gerade befindet.

If you pledged for more artprints (1-4), we can surely put them in one envelope. In this case you need to pay only ONCE the shipping fee for art prints. However, the books need one shipping fee each. The reason for this lies in size and packing material of the post office. Therefore we need to calculate an extra shipping fee for each book.
Please check if you pledged the right amount and please note that if you want the artprint and book, both shipping fees are necessary. If you want to round up the price this will help us to deal with the fixcosts for the exhitibion:)

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
